• A new pop up menu will appear, at the bottom of the menu you will find Delete option. Click on it.

• A new pop up box will appear, Click Delete option again.

After that, your selected post will delete.

To delete Instagram post on computer, follow the steps below –

• First open any browser on your computer and Login to your Instagram account.

• Click on your Profile Icon that shows in upper right corner.
• After that, you will your all post here. Click post which you want to delete.

• After that, the post will open. Click three dot menu that shows in upper right corner. (see the picture below)

• After click three dot menu, a new pop up menu will appear. Click Delete option.

• After click Delete option, a new pop up box will appear. Clik Delete option again.

• A new menu will appear, Click Your activity option

• Click Photos and Videos option that shows in middle bar.

• After that select All posts and Click Delete Button

• A pop up box will appear, Click Delete button again.

How to restore deleted instagram post

Once you delete a post from your Instagram account, you will be able to restore them within the next 30 days. Posts will be permanently deleted from your Instagram account ‘s memory after 30 days. If you want to restore deleted Instagram post, follow the steps below –

• Login to your instagram account and Click Profile Icon.

• Click Three dash menu

• Click your Activity option

• Scroll Down and Click Recently Deleted option

• After that you can see your deleted post here. Click that post which you want to restore.

• A new pop up box will apear, Click restore button again.
