To delete Facebook Story from Facebook App, follow these steps below –
- First Open your Facebook mobile App
- Click on Your Story
- Click on three dots menu that shows in upper right corner. (see the picture below)
- A new pop up menu will appear, Click Delete Photo or Delete Video option.
- After that a new pop up box will open, Click Delete
After that, your Facebook story will be deleted.

How to Delete Facebook Story from Computer
To delete Facebook Story from Computer, follow these steps below –
- First Open any Browser on your computer and go to Facebook Official Website. Login to your Facebook account.
- Click on Your Story section (See the picture below)
- After that your story will open, Click three dot menu that shows in upper right corner.
- After that a new pop up box will open, Click Delete Photo or Delete Video option.
- A new pop up box will open, Click Delete Button.

How to Delete Facebook Archive Story
Many of us know that Facebook has a feature called Story Archive, where all the new and old stories uploaded by you are saved. If you want to delete any of your old stories from the story archive, follow the steps below –
- Login to your your Facebook Acount and Click your Profile Icon.
- After Open your Profile, click on Your Name
- Click on 3 dots menu next to Edit Profile
- Scroll Down and Click Archive
- After this you have to click on the Story Archive option
- Now you will start seeing your all stories. Click on any new or old Facebook Story which you want to delete from the archive.
- Then your photo or video will appear in full size, click on the 3 dot menu
- Click on Delete Photo or Delete Video.
- Click Delete Button
In this way you can delete the entire Archive Stories.
Note – Keep in mind that, when you delete your stories even from the archive, you will not be able to recover them, because they will be completely deleted.
