Day 1 

Day 1 is the most important day of your diet plan. The first day is a fruit only day. Eat as much fruit as you like at any time throughout the day. But do not eat bananas. You can eat any fruit except banana on the first day. Eat more watermelons and cantaloupes in particular. This will keep the stomach full for a long time. And drink at least 8-12 glasses of water. Eat fruits whenever you feel hungry and don’t forget to drink water.

Lunch: (12 noon to 1:30)- 1 bowl of watermelon or 2 malta and 1-2 glasses of water. 

Mid-afternoon snack: (4 pm to 4:30 pm)- 1 orange/sweet lemon with water. 

Evening meal: (6 pm to 6.30 pm)- 1 glass of coconut water. 

Dinner: (8 pm to 8:30 pm)- 1 bowl of watermelon and 2 glasses of water.

Day 2

As you ate only fruits on the 1st day, on the 2nd day you will eat only vegetables. You can eat any vegetable you like raw or cooked. But definitely do not use oil while cooking. Using oil in vegetables will defeat the purpose of losing weight. So eat it half boiled or cooked as per your choice without using oil. Among the vegetables you can eat carrots, broccoli, cabbage , cucumber, lettuce, beans etc. But if you want to include potatoes in your food list, eat them in the morning instead of at any other time of the day. Because if you eat boiled potatoes in the morning, the amount of carbohydrates in the potatoes will be burned in various activities throughout the day and fat will not accumulate. Lunch: (12 pm to 1:30 pm)- 1 cucumber, 1 tomato, half boiled beets or papaya and 1-2 glasses of water. 

Mid-afternoon meal: (4 pm to 4:30 pm)- 2 tomatoes, 1 cup of cherries, half a cup of boiled cauliflower, 2 glasses of water.

Dinner: (8 pm to 8:30 pm)- Boiled broccoli or cauliflower with salt and spices, 1 glass of water.

Day 3

On the third day, you can eat both fruits and vegetables without any inconvenience. But leave out bananas and potatoes from the list of food for this day. Eat fruits or vegetables whenever you feel hungry and drink more water as in the first two days. 

  • All fruits (except bananas)
  • Cooked or uncooked vegetables (without oil)  of your choice (except potatoes)
  • 8 to 12 glasses water

Breakfast: (8:30 am to 9:00 am)- 1 apple, 1 cup of watermelon, 2 glasses of water. 

Mid-lunch: (10 am to 11 am) – 1 bowl of boiled mixed with pepper, 2 glasses of water. 

Lunch: (12 pm to 1.30 pm)- 1 bowl of cucumber, lettuce, half boiled tomato, water. 

Mid-afternoon meal: (4 pm to 4:30 pm)- 1 orange or ripe mango, 2 glasses of water. 

Dinner: (8 pm to 8:30 pm)- boiled cauliflower, fresh green vegetables, 1 bowl of raw papaya, 2 glasses of water.

Day 4

On this day only banana and milk will be the food for the whole day. Nothing can be eaten except bananas and milk. But this day is an exception, you cannot eat as you wish. Do not eat more than 8-10 bananas and 3 glasses of milk throughout the day.

Many may be thinking that this day may be hungry. That idea is wrong, at the end of the day you will find yourself spending the whole day on this meal. But for him, this limited banana and milk should be properly divided according to how much to eat at any time of the day. Have a banana and a glass of milk for breakfast and two more bananas before noon or around 11-12 am. Have a glass of milk and 2 bananas in the afternoon. Lunch: (12 pm to 1.30 pm)- 1 bowl of vegetable soup. 

Mid-afternoon snack: (4 pm to 4.30 pm) – 1 banana. 

Dinner: (8 pm to 8:30 pm)- 1 bowl of vegetable soup, banana and milk mixture.

Day 5 

The fifth day is going to be a bit easier and delicious for you. On this day you can eat 284 grams of chicken or fish. Those who eat vegetarian can replace the chicken with brown rice or cottage cheese. But with chicken you eat only tomatoes. You can eat 6-7 tomatoes. Drink at least 10 glasses of water with it. Dinner: (8 pm to 8:30 pm)- Chicken soup or meat balls. Drink more water each time.

Day 6

On this 6th day of the diet, the vegetable diet should be done again. You can eat as many vegetables as you want throughout the day, but do not cook them with oil. And you can eat some chicken or beef with vegetables. Do not forget to drink 8-12 glasses of water a day.

Dinner: (8 pm to 8.30 pm) – Mixed vegetables and chicken/beef can be eaten in any form. Do not include potatoes or bread.

Day 7

On this last day of the diet plan you can eat any vegetable throughout the day and a cup of rice at noon. But the bonus on this day is that you can have any fruit juice of your choice with it. Eat more juice of these fruits, especially grapefruit, watermelon, orange. However, eating any animal protein should be avoided.

  • Brown rice 1 cup 
  • Vegetables (any)
  • Fruit juice (any fruit)
